Once Mr. Walker earned his undergraduate degrees, he was recruited into the management training program of Texas American Bank. In 1985, he was pleased to accept a loan officer position in the Real Estate Department of the Bank. “My commercial real estate experience definitely causes me to be more conservative when advising my clients. I try to focus them on the ultimate resale value of properties in which they are interested, both short term and long term, since circumstances and investment horizons tend to be fluid. In fact, I make an effort to sell only those properties to my clients in which I would invest my own money.”
Licensed to sell residential real estate since 1985, Mr. Walker began selling homes full time in 1997. “I enjoy working with a wide range of buyers and sellers, with properties ranging from cottages to castles. My continued goal is to offer the same high level of service at all price points,” says Mr. Walker. In 2006, Mr. Walker surpassed his previous production goals with over $38,000,000 in total sales volume.
